Early Introduction to Allergenic Foods Helps Prevent Food Allergies
Research published in The Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology found that early introduction of allergenic foods, such as egg or peanut, to susceptible infants at about 3 months of age was effective in helping to prevent the development of food allergies.
